For Customers:

Engage with Hands-On Demos: Conduct live, interactive demonstrations to showcase the app’s intuitive interface and practical features. Use relatable scenarios, such as adjusting laundry settings remotely or using smart alerts, to demonstrate how the app makes appliance use easier and more efficient.


How can the ThinQ App be successfully demonstrated to salespeople?  

Start with a Hands-On Overview:

Connect an in-store LG appliance to the ThinQ App using a mobile device. Walk the salespeople through pairing the appliance step-by-step, emphasizing how simple and intuitive the process is.


Showcase Key Functionalities:

Demonstrate impactful features like remote control of the appliance, energy monitoring, and receiving maintenance alerts. Explain how these features offer practical benefits to customers, such as running laundry cycles remotely or managing appliance usage efficiently.


Engage with Real-Life Scenarios:

Create relatable scenarios, such as preheating the oven on the way home or using smart diagnostics to save a service visit. Let salespeople experience the app’s convenience firsthand by interacting with the features themselves. 


How on the ThinQ App, do you create a "household" for multiple users? 

Setting Up a Shared Household:

Start by opening the ThinQ App and navigating to the Household Management settings. Select the option to create a "Household" and send invitations to other members by entering their email addresses linked to their ThinQ accounts. Each person will need to download the ThinQ App, accept your invitation, and connect to the household.


Benefits for Users: 

This setup allows multiple users to monitor and control appliances conveniently from their own devices. Household members can receive personalized alerts and notifications, track appliance status, and manage settings for shared appliances. The collaboration feature ensures everyone in the household can contribute to managing chores and staying updated on essential home tasks, making appliance use more efficient and organized.
